1. What Tookii Does

Tookii is a product validation platform. You submit a product URL, and our system generates personas that evaluate the product experience. We deliver a report with scores, findings, and recommendations.

Our output is AI-generated and intended as a decision-support tool — not a substitute for professional UX research, legal review, or accessibility compliance testing.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you do not have permission to analyze
• Use the Service to attack, disrupt, or probe the security of third-party websites
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute Tookii's platform or outputs at scale
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Misrepresent Tookii-generated reports as human-conducted research

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the URLs and product information you submit. We use your submissions solely to generate your reports. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data.

You grant us a limited license to access and analyze the URLs you submit for the purpose of delivering the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Reports, scores, persona profiles, and recommendations are generated by AI systems. While we work to make these outputs accurate and useful:

• They may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete analysis
• They should not be treated as definitive assessments
• Scores are relative indicators, not absolute measurements
• We do not guarantee any specific business outcome from acting on our recommendations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, analysis methods, and technology, is owned by Tookii, Inc. Your reports are yours to use, share, and act on as you see fit.

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our platform, scoring algorithms, or analysis methodology.

7. Payment and Billing

Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Tookii available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tookii, Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
