Tookii — for agents
You are reading the agent-readable summary of tookii.ai. Humans get the landing page at /; agents get this. Same product.
WHAT
Tookii is a validation layer for product teams. It builds synthetic users grounded in your real market — your site, your competitors, and the research you upload — and lets you put things in front of them before real users see them: a page, two copy variants, a Figma design, a whole flow, or a question. Personas can also drive a real browser, and every session is captured as a replay with the reasoning behind each step.
Everything below is available from the dashboard and, for agents, through a remote MCP server at https://www.tookii.ai/api/mcp (see REACH IT OVER MCP).
WHO IT IS FOR
- Product managers shipping weekly at established companies.
- Solo founders and indie builders shipping at AI-accelerated speed.
CAPABILITIES
- Synthetic Users — live. A persona library grounded in your real market. Build personas from a website URL (Tookii reads the site, its SEO signal and its competitors), from a one-sentence description, or from uploaded evidence — interview transcripts, support tickets, research notes — which is de-identified at upload. Derive controlled variants of any persona, group personas into cohorts (a product’s user types), and inspect exactly which fields trace back to evidence versus inference. The foundation every other test runs on.
- First Impression — live. Each persona reads a page and reports an honest first reaction: what they noticed, what drew them in, where they lost trust. Formerly called Session Replay.
- Live Test — live. Up to three personas each drive a real browser on your site and pursue their own next step, one turn at a time. You get each one’s outcome (completed, gated, stalled, bounced, blocked), the friction moments, the turn-by-turn reasoning, and a replay. Personas are steered to look, not submit, and stop at any login or payment step.
- Focus Group — live. A running conversation with 1–8 personas that remember what was already said. Ask them anything, read a topic through a named lens (UX, pricing, positioning, messaging, objections, feature prioritization, onboarding, retention), test demand for a new idea, or put a Figma design in front of them. A co-moderator coaches your next question and folds the discussion into one read-out.
- A/B Tests — live. Run the test before you build it. Show two copy variants to the same personas, against a task and criteria, and see which one wins and why.
- Journey Test — live. Send your personas through the whole path — onboarding, signup, checkout — from a Figma prototype or live screens, and watch, screen by screen, where each one clears, stalls, or drops. The compounding friction a single-screen test misses.
- Competitive Landscape — coming. Personas know your competitors. Their positioning, their pricing, their reviews. When would they pick you? What pulls them toward an alternative?
REACH IT OVER MCP
Tookii is a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 sign-in) at https://www.tookii.ai/api/mcp. It works from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or your own client. 24 tools in five families:
- Build and manage —
list_personas,inspect_persona,evidence_gaps,manage_persona(create from a description or a URL, derive variants, edit, enrich, delete),list_cohorts,manage_cohort. - Ground —
set_context,get_context,clear_context: a standing artifact (a doc, a diff, a block of copy) later calls can lean on. - Test —
run_first_impression,run_ab_test,run_live_test, thenget_run_statusandget_report. Runs are asynchronous: you get a run id and poll. - Consult —
ask_personas,run_panel,validate_idea,review_design,probe_deeper,synthesize: rounds of one running panel. - Meta —
get_started(call this first when new or vague),account,ping,delete_run(permanently delete a finished test).
Every reply carries the same envelope: a plain-text narrative plus structured content with what kind of claim it makes, the caveats, and the executable next actions. Setup and examples: the connector guide.
HOW IT WORKS
- Define what to test. Hand Tookii what you want to validate. No SDK, no integration — the audit runs from the outside in, the way a real user would experience it.
- Meet your synthetic users. Tookii generates personas from your ICP — real jobs-to-be-done, specific goals. Edit any of them, drop the ones that don’t fit, or add your own.
- Watch them use your product. Each one navigates in a real browser — reads copy, tries flows, reacts to friction. Every step captured as a session replay.
- Synthesize findings. Tookii clusters the moments and links each one back to evidence — replay timestamps, persona quotes, screenshot frames.
- Decide what to ship next. A structured set of findings lands in minutes — what worked, what broke, which moments are worth showing the team.
GAME TESTING (EARLY ACCESS)
Tookii also tests mobile games, in early access and run with studios directly. AI first-time players with different player profiles play your build from the screen and report where each one stopped understanding it. It finds where a new player gets lost; it does not judge whether a game is fun. Guides:

WHAT IT WILL NOT DO FOR YOU
Tookii is not a replacement for traditional user research. Real interviews are still the way to learn motivation, willingness to pay, and trust. What Tookii does is make that research faster and sharper — so you can de-risk decisions without scheduling a single call for the questions that don’t need one.
